1. General Disclaimer

2. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, siding, gutters, dryer vents, or any other parts of the home that may be affected by the service.

The Company is not responsible for damage to surfaces if improper materials, equipment, or techniques are used (e.g., delicate window glass, old or poorly maintained surfaces).

3. Service-Specific Disclaimers

Exterior Window Washing:
The Company cannot guarantee perfect results for windows that are fogged, cracked, or have permanent staining due to prior damage or wear.

We do not clean windows that are difficult to reach or unsafe to access, including windows that require special equipment or poses a risk.

Pressure Washing:
Pressure washing can cause damage to delicate or worn surfaces (e.g., soft wood, older paint, or brick). The Company is not responsible for such damage resulting from high-pressure cleaning.

We do not pressure wash electrical outlets, lights, or any electrical components.

The Company is not liable for water damage if water enters areas where it shouldn't (e.g., window seals, doors, or cracks in siding).

Gutter Cleaning:
The Company is not responsible for damage to gutters, roofing, or siding if pre-existing conditions such as cracks, corrosion, or improper installation are discovered during cleaning.

Our service is limited to removing debris from gutters and downspouts. We do not perform structural repairs or guarantee the prevention of future clogs. If the gutters are damaged, clogged, or poorly installed, further repairs may be necessary, which are not included in the standard cleaning service.

The Company cannot guarantee that all debris will be removed if gutters are heavily blocked or have inaccessible areas.

Dryer Vent Cleaning:
The Company is not responsible for damage to the dryer or vent system caused by pre-existing faults, poor installation, or degradation of venting materials.

Cleaning may dislodge debris or blockages that can affect dryer performance temporarily. The Company is not liable for performance issues following cleaning.

The Company does not clean dryer vents if there is a risk of damaging the home or equipment (e.g., broken or inaccessible vent lines).

Water Heater Flushing:
The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing issues such as corrosion, sediment buildup, or mechanical failure that may be exacerbated by the flushing process.

We do not guarantee improved performance if the unit has severe issues, such as faulty heating elements, malfunctioning pressure relief valves, or weakened tank materials.

The Company is not liable for leaks, water damage, or system malfunctions that arise due to poor installation, aging components, or manufacturer defects.
