All 13 of our home services (5 Primary services and 8 Secondary Services.) The $950 Premium package cost is based on an average sized home* and takes about a day and a half to complete. During our scheduled visit, we will update your home’s pricing estimate before we begin any work.
Primary Services

Service Notes
We will need to push the dyer away from the wall to access the back of the dryer and the exterior wall vent. -
Flushing a hot water heater cleans out sediment buildup from the tank. Over time, minerals, rust, and debris from water sources settle at the bottom, reducing efficiency and potentially damaging the heater.
Facts
Servicing your water heater can improve the efficiency up to 15% and can prevent costly repairs. Replacing one starts at $1000.
Service Notes
We’ll flush your traditional gravity fed electric or gas water heater thats less than 8-10 years old.
We will need access to a floor drain. -
Cleaning gutters removes debris from your gutters, ensuring proper water drainage and protecting your home's structural integrity.

Service Notes
We can clean your first and second story gutters (+$50) up to 100 linear feet (+$1 per foot for more) and un clog your downspouts (+ $25) if we find they’re preventing the water from flowing. We can also clean the outside of the gutters for $1 per foot.
We will need access to your water hose and may need to run an extension cord through the house. Leaves and slug will be left in an inconspicuous area of the yard for natural decomposition. Service excludes gutters with caps/guards and the cleaning of the exterior of the gutters. -
Exterior window washing involves removing dirt, grime, pollen, water spots, and other debris that accumulate on windows over time. Having clean windows enhances energy efficiency and can prevent mold and mildew from forming.

Before we begin we will survey your home to count for how many windows and sliding glass doors you have, including noting any windows located on the second floor. Our package includes your driveway and front walkway from the driveway to the porch. If you need more area pressure washed, we’ll ask for the square footage of your rear patio and/or side walkway during checkout. Regularly changing air filters in your HVAC system improves air quality, system efficiency and extends longevity of your system.
Service Notes:
Included in our package price is replacing your HVAC air filter. Please fill out the info during checkout, so we know what filter you need or what HVAC unit you have. If you have a reusable filter we will clean and inspect it before returning it. -
AC coils play a crucial role in the cooling process by absorbing and releasing heat. Over time, these coils accumulate dust, dirt, and debris, reducing efficiency and forcing the system to work harder. Cleaning the coils extends the AC units lifespan, maintains indoor air quality and reduces overall environmental impact by lowering your carbon footprint.
Service Notes
The package covers the cost of a single unit. We will clean and rinse the coils. If there are bent fins, we’ll straighten them as much as possible. We will need access to your water hose. -

Package Details
Package Pricing*
Our package pricing is based on a standard-sized home—approximately 1,700 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. During our first visit, we’ll update your pricing estimate before we begin any work.
Pressure Washing
Our package service includes pressure washing the driveway, driveway apron, and the walkway from the driveway to the front porch. Additional areas, like the rear patio can be added at $.50 per square foot.
Exterior Window Washing
Our package includes washing up to 12 exterior windows or sliding doors. Additional windows or doors can be added for $10 each (+$50 for second story windows). This excludes storm windows.
Water Heater Flushing
Our package includes flushing of either an electric or gas water heater (tank version) that is less than 8-10 years old. Older tanks have a 10-30% chance of something failing.
Gutter Cleaning
Our package includes gutter cleaning up to 100 linear feet (+$50 for second story gutters). If your gutter are longer, we’ll update the estimate ($1 per foot) at your home. We can also clean the outside of the gutter ($1 per foot). This excludes capped gutters and large open trough gutters.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our package includes cleaning the vent from the dryer to the exterior and the lint trap housing.
