Walk around your home and count how many windows and sliding glass doors you have, including any on the second floor. We’ve included 15 windows/doors in our package. If you need more you can add more during checkout.

Our package includes your driveway and front walkway from the driveway to the porch. If you need more washed, we’ll ask for the square footage of your rear patio and/or side walkway during checkout. But don’t worry—we can measure when we first arrive.

We can clean your first and second story gutters using our 3 motor gutter vacuum. It keeps us off of roof and allows us to handle everything from the ground. We can un clog your downspouts (+ $25) if we find they’re preventing the water from flowing.

We’ll flush your traditional gravity fed electric or gas hot water heater. If the water heater is very old (10+ years) or already showing signs of leaks we will need to discuss some of these risks. Clogged or Broken Drain Valve

• Sediment buildup can block the drain valve, preventing proper flushing.
  For older units, the valve may be fragile and could break, requiring replacement.

Water Discoloration & Debris

• Flushing may stir up rust and sediment, causing discolored water for a short period.
  Inform them to run cold water in nearby faucets until it clears up.

Increased Risk of Sediment Blockage

• If large amounts of sediment are dislodged, it could clog pipes or fixtures, reducing water flow.
  In extreme cases, sediment chunks can block the drain valve, making it difficult to complete the flush.

Included in our package price is replacing your HVAC filter. Please let us know during checkout what filter or what HVAC unit you have.

We will replace the batteries and test the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. If either are over 10 years old, we’ll have replacements available for purchase.

We will remove the cowling to your AC unit and clean the coils. If there are bent fins, we’ll straighten them as much as possible. The package covers the cost of a single unit.
